Passionate about creating the most effective brand activations, Grace has been part of media team at URW for 15 years.

Part of the team that launched Europe’s first fully digital OOH mall portfolio at Westfield London in 2008, Chris has 16 years’ media experience at Westfield and URW.

With a rich background in amplifying brand reach, including Twitter and MSG Sphere, Kristen fosters connections through innovative technology and strategic partnerships as the head of Westfield Rise U.S.

Mel has more than 15 years’ experience working across leading experiential agencies, delivering engaging experiences across our London flagship assets

At URW for 10 years, Gaëlle is an expert on marketing, leasing and retail media. She now manages the Southern Europe region at Westfield Rise.

Karolina brings over a decade of leadership experience within Central Europe, across Czech Republic and Slovakia. At Westfield Rise, she applies this deep operational expertise to help shape commercially effective brand experiences across central Europe.
