However, many clients are surprised by our digital capabilities and how effectively they can be used to achieve acquisition objectives. Bookbeat, market-leading subscription service for digital books approached us for a collaborative approach to their acquisition campaign.
To maximize reach, Westfield Rise utilised our database of 45 shopping centres across nine URW countries, leveraging Westfield’s active audience of loyalty members and e-newsletter subscribers.
Dedicated e-newsletters were deployed to this engaged community, featuring an exclusive offer for Westfield Club members and fans: an extended free trial period of 75 days instead of the standard 30 days, which was a clear value-add for our most loyal customers.
Building on the success of the initial campaign, the partnership was renewed in 2024 and 2025, introducing enhanced trial terms for new subscribers and expanding visibility through additional web, app, and wallet pushes via Westfield’s digital channels.
